While an in-line example would be "Bloggs & Smith (1996)", in the
bibliography it would be:
Bloggs,X. & Smith,A.B. (1996, August 14). Paper's title
[WWW document]. URL http://www.psy.gla.ac.uk/~steve/XXXX.html (visited 1997
April 1)
... or in the case of my documents, in-line would be Draper (2002), and the
bibliography entry:
Draper,S.W. (2002, May 14) Web page title
[WWW document]. URL http://www.psy.gla.ac.uk/~steve/XXXX.html (visited 2003
April 1)
Note that the point of the first date ("1996 August 14") is to record the version date of the document you saw (most of mine will have this at the top of the document); while the point of the optional "visited" date ("1997 April 1") is to record when that URL was valid for readers wishing to follow it up.
